Biography

Michael Kirban is one of our Co-Founders and has served as Executive Chairman since May 2022 and as Chairman of our Board since our inception in 2004. Mr. Kirban previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief-Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Kirban is a Co-Founder and currently serves on the board of directors of Software Answers Inc., a technology service provider, a position he has held since 1995, and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Runa, LLC from 2014 to 2017 before it was acquired by us in 2018.
