Biography

Ms. Klein has served as Vita Coco’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since September 2024. In this role, she leads the Legal & Compliance teams at the Company. Prior to her current position, Ms. Klein was Vice President of Legal Affairs, Corporate & Assistant Secretary at Vroom, Inc., advising on Vroom’s SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, financing transaction and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Vroom, Ms. Klein served as General Counsel of Clarifai, Inc. and held positions at Lindblad Expeditions and Reader’s Digest. Prior to those roles, she was in private practice at Latham & Watkins LLP. She holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S.F.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
